Red Point launches the ECO Collection, a capsule collection made with ecological fabric obtained from the recycling of useless fishing nets and plastic spills recovered from the sea. With this initiative, Red Point is committed to the preservation and protection of the environment, contributing to the reduction of plastic waste from our seas.

Red Point ECO Collection

The Red Point ECO Collection is a neutral and basic collection of lycra swimsuits and bikinis that will become the summer wardrobe background for any woman. The models have no linings, no cups or ornaments. In addition, drying is very fast.

Following the philosophy of Red Point, different types of patterns have been created using this fabric, so that each woman finds the model that best fits her body type and her tastes and preferences. Each design is available in three colors: red, black and gray.

As for the ECO swimsuits, we can find 3 versions: the most basic model, another low-cut, an original swimsuit with halter neck and lacing on the back and a quarter with adjustable thin straps.

Bikinis allow different combinations. On the one hand, there are two types of fasteners, curtain and top. And on the other, three types of panties: hip, mini with laces on the sides and a third of high shot.

It is also worth mentioning the packaging of the Red Point ECO collection. Both the box where the garment comes and the labels are made of recycled cardboard, demonstrating the coherence of this initiative.

The pollution of the sea

Every year, eight million tons of plastic reach the sea. China, Indonesia and the Philippines are at the head of the countries that shed the most. In Europe, more than three quarters of the seas are contaminated with heavy metals and pesticides. In addition to pollution, the seas and oceans meet the impact of climate change, which has major consequences such as considerably colder winters in the northern hemisphere of the Earth.
